CORTANA is a private application used solely by its owner.
Google user data
CORTANA accesses Google user data only after explicit OAuth authorization by the owner.
The application may access Google Drive files, Google Docs content and related metadata as required for personal document retrieval, processing, indexing and source verification.
Use of data
Google user data is used only to provide the application's personal document-management and retrieval functions.
CORTANA does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or make it available to unrelated third parties.
Storage
Processed information may be stored in systems controlled by the application owner for indexing, retrieval, source verification and related personal workflows.
Retention and deletion
The owner controls the underlying source data and application storage. Source data and derived application data may be removed by the owner when no longer required.
Revoking access
Google OAuth access may be revoked at any time from the owner's Google Account security settings.
